I've had some pretty crazy nails for the past couple of weeks, so I decided to tone it down a bit. For this manicure I just created a plain black french tip with an accent bow on my ring finger. The produces I used were
  • China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat
  • Sally Hansen Black Out
  • Sinful Colors Snow Me White
  • Fast Drying Topcoat

Animal Print Nails

Hi guys! So the design I created this time was animal print nails. The thumb was a peacock design (inspired by cutepolish's design on youtube), index finger was zebra, middle finger was giraffe, fourth finger was tiger, and the pinky was cow. I love this look! You can do one hand all with one print or mix them like I have done here. On my second hand I substituted the tiger print for a cheetah print.

The products I used were the following:
  • China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat (all nails to help prevent the design from chipping in a couple of days)
  • China Glaze Pelican Gray (zebra base color)
  • Sinful Colors Snow Me White (cow base color)
  • OPI Pros & Bronze (first circle on peacock and the spots on giraffe)
  • NYC Taxi Yellow Creme (base color on giraffe)
  • Love & Beauty Jade (second circle on peacock)
  • Love & Beauty Teal Blue (third circle on peacock)
  • Sally Hansen Green With Envy (mixed with some black for the base color on peacock)
  • Sally Hansen Crushed (mixed with a little white for the base color on tiger)
  • Sally Hansen Black Out (used for all black designs on nails)
  • Fast Drying Topcoat
These nails are super cute and fun to create! I hope you enjoyed these almost as much as I do. :-)

First Post!

Hi everyone,
So, to formerly introduce myself, I am Shae. I'm 16 and I live in California. I love nail art, and I know I'm not a professional or anything, but I just thought it would be cool to share what I come up with. I'm not expecting this blog to become big or anything, I'm just doing this for fun. :-) If you want to send any requests or ask any questions, you can email me at shaesnails@gmail.com. :-)
